Hourly Manager
Pay: $8.00-$12.00 per hour
Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 6-12 months in this program.

Salaried Manager
Pay: $24000-$35000
Description: Description: As a Salaried Manager Trainee, you will spend up to six months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Second Assistant, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months in this program. Applicants should have at least 1 year of similar Management experience in a fast-paced environment. Salaried Managers are required to have their own reliable transportation, as well as a flexible availability.
