Management Opportunities

Hourly Manager
Hours: Flexible
Pay: Negotiable
Description: As an hourly (swing) manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operation, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift Management, Team Building & at least 1 Restaurant System. You'll also be eligible for on-going instruction from a premier business trainer. Your opportunities for advancement will be limited to your dreams of success. From Hourly Manager, you progress to 2nd Assistant Manager, to 1st Assistant, then to Restaurant Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay substantially. Prior restaurant or management experience will get you closer to the premium per hour pay scale. You'll also get a head start on your future because of all the advantages for training that we offer. Without prior restaurant or management experience, you will have to begin as an entry-level crew member on the "fast track" to your new career.

Salary Manager
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
Description: As a salary Manager, you will play an integral role in areas of Restaurant Operations, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Shift management, Team building, and a number of Restaurant Systems. You will also be eligible for on going instuctions from a premier business trainer. Your opportunities for advancement are unlimited to your dreams and success. From Salary management, you progress to 1st. Assistant Manager then to Restaurant Manager where you'll be responsible for all aspects of a restaurant's operation and of course, increase your pay substantially.
