All hourly employees are eligible for insurance. You must apply within 45 days of employment. ( Medical and Dental available)
After one year of continous service, one week paid vacation is available if you are a core employee and averaging 32 hours or more per week for the year.
- Profit Sharing Plan
A Profit Sharing Plan is available to you after one year of service if you have worked over 1000 hours for the year. You must be 21 years of age to qualify. Please contact the office for further details
- Employee Meals
We will pay 50% the cost for your meal. This meal is to be for your consumption only and to be eaten before or after your scheduled shift or on your break. Core employees receive a $4.50 credit for meals.(Core employees that have open availablity.)
- Uniform Policy
You will be provided with a minimum of 2 full uniforms, a hat and a nametag during your orientation.
- Performance Reviews
Performace reviews will be completed after your 60 day probationary period. You may or may not be eligible for a wage increase.
- College Credits
College credits can be awarded to individuals that complete the restaurant training curriculum.
- Wage Reviews
Wage Reviews are given two times per year (January and June.) You must be employed 60 days to be eligible for a wage review.
